1. Contest runs from March 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008. The geographic scope of the contest is Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.  Any licensed subproducer of The Colonial Group is eligible.

2. The object of the contest is to complete the entry form by writing 4 new policies, either using FastAPP (phone-in or internet) and/or Modernlink, from the list of products on the form. The effective date of the policies must be within the contest dates & will accept entry forms up to 30 days after the contest ends. Once the entry is complete, submitted and verified, the licensed subproducer will receive a $25 gift card. Maximum up to $599.00 per subproducer.

3. In addition to redemption of gift cards, every completed entry form earns points for our Grand Prize Ladder. The point scale is based on certain products. Points range from 15 to 100. Any American Modern policy booked through Modernlink will earn 5 bonus points for each policy.

4. The Point Ladder will be posted on our website & updated weekly.  In the event of a tie, the total premium of all policies submitted by the licensed subproducer will be the tiebreaker.

5. Grand Prize: 42” Plasma Television (est. value $1400). 1st Runner-up: GPS/Navigational System (est. value $500). 2nd/3rd Runner-up: $100 Debit cards. The winners will be announced August 31, 2008. The winner will be notified and the prize delivered to their office.  Winners are responsible for paying taxes on their prizes.

6. All winners must be contracted and licensed with The Colonial Group by the end of the contest period.  The Colonial Group reserves the right to disqualify any subproducer that has been terminated. 

7. If for any reason the Internet portion of the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or effect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, The Colonial Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest.  Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, The Colonial Group reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.
