Making A Claim

When filing a claim, be sure to have the following information:

  • Your policy number
  • Your contact information – phone number and email address
  • A description of what was damaged/loss
  • Date and specific time of the loss
  • Any personal injuries that occurred
  • Whether an ambulance was called, or fire or police departments were notified
  • Whether you believe you need to make temporary repairs
